If you receive one of these Open Shop assignments, and accept it, you will have to perform few steps that will enable you to upload an estimate seamlessly back to the insurance carrier for processing. Below you will find a video overview and steps required for initial setup.
Create a Profile | | Follow these Steps |

Step 1: Open the "Open Shop" Assignment. You will be prompted to create a profile. |
| | Step 2: Create profile from either repair facility profile or existing claim office profile. |
| | Step 3: Modify the new profile if needed and save. |
| | Step 4: Merge an existing estimate or write the estimate, attach photos and lock and upload. |
